Two calls for scholarships, suitable for R1 and R2 researchers planning to conduct research in Hungary, have recently been published on the EURAXESS Hungary webpage.
Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme is based on bilateral educational cooperation agreements and covers a monthly stipend and accommodation for the whole duration of Masters or PhD studies.
The Stipendium Hungaricum Programme is operated by Tempus Public Foundation under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Capacities.
Bilateral state scholarships are based on scientific and educational cooperation agreements signed by the governments of two countries.
Applicants are entitled to participate in courses free of charge, as well as to receive a stipend. The stipend may be completed by a supplement, an accommodation contribution, etc. all depending on the type of scholarship.
Bilateral state scholarships are also operated by Tempus Public Foundation.
