Update: Please note that registrations are now closed. We are happy to meet you at our next EURAXESS event.

We have the pleasure to invite you to our Workshop organised by Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd. for Applied Research with the support of the European Commission and the EURAXESS European Network.

The Workshop will present tips and tools directly linked to engaging with business as a researcher or a research institution. It will also initiate dialogue about further possibilities of collaboration with academic institution and researchers. The Workshop is addressing representatives of academic institutions as well as PhD students and postdoctoral researchers.

Background of the workshop

The European Commission supports building stronger linkages between business and academia through a series of initiatives. In particular, it supports academic institutions and researchers in:

  • facilitating reaching out and engaging with business for mutual benefits;

  • facilitating the cross-sector mobility of researchers;

  • providing information and orienting researchers towards business as part of their career development.

EURAXESS, a European network supporting the mobility and career development of researchers, is implementing practical solutions that work towards realising the objectives above. These solutions will also be discussed during the workshop.

The workshop will take place at Hotel Novotel Budapest Danube.

The number of places is limited.  The event will be held in English.
